About Kaimen Banda

Kaimen founded PMG to carry a family legacy further than it has ever gone. Third-generation Las Vegas, he grew up in the business, on the courthouse auction steps by age five and in the family’s rental homes soon after, learning to read a deal before he could drive. He spent years leading operations at a Las Vegas mortgage company, overseeing hundreds of loans from application to closing across every product from conventional to private money, and earning a name for restructuring the complex files other lenders had already turned down. Before that he ran acquisitions and managed a residential investment portfolio, and sharpened his finance instincts in-house at Lennar Mortgage. A Bishop Gorman three-time state football champion and UNLV-trained entrepreneur, he leads by example and builds teams where every role matters and every win is shared. Kaimen sees what others miss, which is how he cracked the code on private money, and he treats every client like family, because at PMG, that’s exactly what you become. He leads with a belief in the whole person, body, mind, and spirit, and he’s building PMG to last for generations.
