About Raul Banda
Raul is the foundation PMG is built on. A second-generation Las Vegan, he’s the first in his family to build a career in real estate and lending, and he’s done it against Nevada property for more than 35 years, through every boom and every bust. What began at the courthouse auction steps grew into short sales, creative finance, and more than 125 Las Vegas properties bought and sold, all alongside the performing rental portfolio that remains his foundation to this day. His private lending business started the day an investor asked him to fund a bridge loan, and the rest became history. He reads the market like a coach who has seen every cycle before. A student of fine art at UNLV, Raul brings a creative eye to every deal. Grounded in faith and family, and now giving back through a foundation that reaches across continents, he turned a lifetime of hard-won lessons into something built to create wealth for generations, his and yours.
