Private Money Group is a private money lender in Las Vegas. We fund residential real estate projects in the Las Vegas valley, on one to four unit properties, for business purposes.

That is the whole business. No fund, no syndicate, no parent company in another state deciding what happens to a file in Summerlin.

We started this because the math never made sense. Money leaves this valley to be managed by people who have never driven the street. It comes back as a loan product, priced for a risk nobody local was asked about, sold to an operator who lives ten minutes from the person whose money it was. Everyone in that chain benefits except the two people who actually make up the community.

We are not solving that with technology. We are solving it by knowing the operators, knowing the streets, and answering the phone. Behind that is more than thirty-five years of Las Vegas real estate experience.
