Program description

Private Money Group LTD, referred to here as PMG, operates an SMS messaging program for borrowers, co-lenders, and people who contact us through our website. Messages relate to loan scenarios and applications, document requests, scheduling, closing coordination, event confirmations, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and consenting on a PMG web form, by texting PMG first, or by giving verbal or written consent to a member of the PMG team. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, of submitting a loan scenario, or of obtaining financing from PMG.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with PMG, and is typically up to 6 messages per month. During an active loan file you may receive more.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. PMG does not charge for text messages. Charges, if any, come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message from PMG to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. You may also ask any member of the PMG team to remove your number.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
