Private Money Group LTD ("PMG," "we," "us") makes business purpose real estate loans. This policy explains what we collect through privatemoneygroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our website. If you become a borrower or a capital partner, you will also receive our Privacy Notice describing how we handle nonpublic personal financial information. That notice governs where the two differ.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a scenario, apply to co-lend, reserve a seat at an event, suggest a market, or contact us, we collect what you enter. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company or entity name, property address, and details about the transaction you are working on.

Information collected automatically. Our site and marketing tools record technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the dates and times of visits.

Cookies. We use cookies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some may affect how the site works.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

  • To respond to you and evaluate the scenario or inquiry you submitted
  • To underwrite, process, and service loans
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site
  • To send you information you asked for and follow up on an inquiry
  • To meet legal, licensing, recordkeeping, and audit obligations

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers who operate on our behalf, including our customer relationship platform, loan origination system, phone and messaging provider, email provider, and hosting provider. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Transaction participants such as title companies, escrow, insurance carriers, appraisers, inspectors, and legal counsel, where needed to evaluate or close a loan.
  • Capital partners in connection with a specific loan, where you have applied for financing and we are placing that loan.
  • Regulators, examiners, and law enforcement, or where required by law or subpoena, or to protect our rights.
  • A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Phone calls, text messages, and email

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you about your inquiry or transaction. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about a transaction in progress. Calls and messages may be recorded or logged for quality, training, and recordkeeping.

SMS and mobile information

Private Money Group LTD (PMG) may send text messages to phone numbers provided to us where consent has been given. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers that operate our messaging platform solely to deliver those messages.

Text message consent is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining financing. Message frequency varies and is typically up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information as long as needed to serve you, meet our legal and licensing obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

  • Access and correction. Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to correct it.
  • Marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing email or reply STOP to texts.
  • Nevada residents. Nevada law gives residents the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain covered personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a verified request, email privacy@privatemoneygroup.com with the subject line "Nevada Privacy Request."
  • Other states. If you live in a state with additional privacy rights, contact us and we will honor the rights that apply to you.
