The annual event
One night a year, done properly.
Real deals with real numbers, guests who do something you need and cannot easily reach, and enough time to actually talk to people. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks.
Guests include top producers, the trades who actually deliver, title, permitting, insurance, and inspection. People who are hard to get to on your own, in a room where they are willing to answer questions. Nobody else in this town is putting that together.
The room is capped. Seats are confirmed in advance and it fills. If you are coming, say so early.
