We keep it here. A small group of local co-lenders funds Las Vegas real estate alongside us, secured by property they could drive past on a Sunday.
One loan, one deed. We underwrite every deal and only bring what we would fund ourselves. Beyond that, this works by conversation rather than by webpage.
