What is private money?
It is real estate financing from a private lender rather than a bank. We lend our own capital and our private lenders' capital, which lets us move faster and stay more flexible than traditional financing.
How fast can you close?
Usually a matter of days once your file is complete. Because the money is ours, the decision gets made in house.
Do you lend outside Las Vegas?
Yes. Las Vegas is home and where our roots run deepest, but we lend nationwide with the same attention.
What do you need to give me a term sheet?
The property, the numbers, your plan, and a clear exit. Each program page lists exactly what to have ready.
Are the rates on the site a commitment to lend?
No. They are ranges to give you a feel for pricing. Your actual terms follow underwriting.
