About Aaron Alcaraz
Aaron runs underwriting at PMG, where his job is to catch what others miss. Las Vegas born and raised, he earned his degree at UNLV before building his career across major lenders including Chase and US Bank, and he knows real estate lending end to end, from application to post closing to the secondary market. He’s fluent in creative finance and every loan type, from conventional to private money, and he lives for the numbers behind a clean, honest file. A lifelong soccer player who recharges on the hiking trail, Aaron keeps his faith first and his standards higher.
